We're pleased to note that Debbie Arrington, one half of Team Sacramento Digs Gardening, has won the national 2018 Garden Writers Association Silver Award for best newspaper article about gardening (circulation more than 20,000). 

She won the honor, her second Silver Award, for coverage of the national seed trials in Yolo County. The article appeared in the Sept. 23, 2017, Sacramento Bee.
